Meet Merran Dingmann
About
Dr. Merran Dingmann is from Crookston, MN. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences: Pre-Audiology and a Certificate in American Sign Language (ASL) and Deaf Studies from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2022. She continued her education at the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa, where she earned her Doctorate of Audiology in 2026.She completed clinical rotations at Tampa General Hospital Pediatric Audiology, Bay Pines VA, USF Morsani Hospital, and the USF Hearing Clinic.
Dr. Dingmann specializes in hearing evaluations, hearing aids, bone anchored hearing aids, cochlear implant evaluations, cochlear implant programming, hearing assistive technology, and hearing rehabilitation. She loves to guide patients on their journeys to better communication, helping them achieve a greater quality of life through improved hearing.
She has great respect for the Deaf community and continues to develop her ASL fluency to best serve Deaf individuals who desire hearing healthcare. Dr. Dingmann is proud to be part of Alliance Center for Hearing which aligns with her commitment to serving every patient across the hearing continuum with the highest standard of care.
Dr. Dingmann is licensed as an audiologist and hearing instrument specialist in the state of North Dakota. She previously served as President of the USF Student Academy of Audiology and is currently a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Dingmann is grateful to live in her fiancé’s hometown of Bismarck and frequently travels to Minnesota to spend time with her family. She enjoys swimming laps, singing in the car, freshly baked cookies, and weekends at the lake.
